Some Great Kids Christmas Books

Author JoAnn Sky contacted me last year when her first children’s book, Santa’s Dog, was being released. She loved my Forever Home series (series with Rescuing Finley) and asked if I would review Santa’s Dog. I’d never reviewed a children’s book before but figured why not? I loved it! This year, book 2 in the Santa’s Dog series was released: Carol’s Quest for Courage.

Each book in the series features one of Santa’s dogs finding a forever home, while at the same time tackling issues that children may encounter (told from the dog’s perspective). They make great holiday gifts for kids, kids of all ages, dogs, dog lovers, people who know people with dogs, and people who know people with kids. Coloring & Activity Books are also available for both books. A great gift set!

Here’s a little blurb about both books:

Santa’s Dog is a heartwarming story that proves love really is the best gift of all, told by Santa’s favorite dog. When Santa’s best dog falls from the sleigh one Christmas Eve, he finds a military family who needs his help. But when Christmas Eve comes around the next year, what’s a dog to do? Will Lance return to the North Pole with Santa or stay with his new family? Santa’s Dog is the first book in the Santa’s Dog series and a double silver medalist in the Benjamin Franklin Awards!

Carol’s Quest for Courage is a story about facing your fears and finding your voice, told by Santa’s singing dog. Have you ever been afraid to try something new? Root for Santa’s dog, Carol, as she proves that courage grows inside each of us! Plus, for a limited time offer, there is very special pricing (25% off!) for Amazon Prime members!

Merry Christmas!
